Set yourself up for the new week and month with a slow, supportive, restful class that soothes your nervous system and uses props to support gentle opening in the body. Class runs the first Sunday of the month.

Women of Wisdom Circle

Schamet will hold safe and sacred space for you to be held, seen, and supported no matter where you are in your life. Schamet will lead you through a meditation practice and will facilitate a group transformational journey which will act as a support for your spiritual journey. The session will include a group Oracle Reading from Schamet’s Oracle decks. A truly special experience as Schamet has been leading sacred women circles for over 30 years.

Chakra yoga is a combination of yoga, movement and is a very spiritual and energetic yoga class that will move you through your chakras. Schamet is a certified chakra yoga teacher trained by Anodea Judith.

Pilates & Melt

Start your day with morning Mat Pilates enhanced by props that build strength and stability. Life dehydrates your fascia — sitting, moving, everything! MELT METHOD techniques with soft balls and rollers rehydrate your tissue, creating more mobility and flexibility. Feel grounded, pain-free, strong, and energised to tackle your day. These classes have 5 participants maximum to get the most out of their time. Mats are provided. All levels welcome.

Midday Moves — Pilates Dance Fusion

A 1 hour pilates dance fusion class. This joyful class flows through low-impact, simple and dynamic exercises for you to follow along and challenge your coordination and balance. Mobilise from head to toe, feel strong, and improve your body’s agility, ready to tackle the day. Safe for all levels and bodies (including pre & post-natal that can comfortably get down and up from the pilates mat). Classes are limited to 5 participants to get the most out of their time. Pilates mats provided.

Night Moves — Pilates Dance Fusion

MELT the Pain Away

This weekly 1 hour class covers essential MELT METHOD techniques to address connective tissue dehydration, which causes chronic pain, stiffness, poor sleep, brain fog, and aging effects. Using the unique MELT soft roller for the body, and small soft balls for hands and feet, you’ll learn techniques developed by manual therapist Sue Hitzmann to reverse these symptoms. Feel the same benefits as massage, manual therapy or osteopathy for a fraction of the price. “Nothing’s real till it’s experienced.”
